Perla di Mare operates exclusively online and does not maintain a public client reception location.
By using this website, contacting Perla di Mare or submitting a booking enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Perla di Mare
Perla di Mare is an online advertising and communication platform for independent adult professionals.
The professionals advertised on this website operate independently and are not employees of Perla di Mare.
Perla di Mare may facilitate advertising, enquiries, communication and administrative coordination, but does not itself provide the personal services advertised by independent professionals.
A profile or enquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance of an appointment.
2. Bookings, prices and cancellations
A booking is only confirmed after explicit confirmation through an authorised Perla di Mare communication channel and completion of any agreed booking requirements.
The independent professional remains free to accept or refuse an appointment.
Perla di Mare may refuse or discontinue an enquiry or booking for legitimate reasons, including availability, incorrect information, inappropriate behaviour or safety concerns.
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information.
Applicable prices, deposits, travel costs and cancellation conditions are communicated before a booking is confirmed.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Adults only
Perla di Mare and the professionals advertised on the platform provide services exclusively to adults aged 18 years or older.
By contacting Perla di Mare or submitting an enquiry, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
Where reasonably necessary for safety or verification purposes, appropriate identification may be requested.
4. Safety and conduct
Threatening, intimidating, obsessive, abusive, fraudulent, coercive or otherwise unsafe behaviour is not accepted.
Perla di Mare may immediately stop communication, refuse current or future bookings and take appropriate safety measures where necessary.
Repeated contact after communication has been terminated, attempts to bypass blocked communication channels or attempts to approach Perla di Mare through unrelated third parties may result in permanent refusal of further services.
Serious incidents may be documented and, where appropriate, reported to competent authorities.
Relevant communications and records may be preserved where reasonably necessary for safety, dispute handling or legal claims, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
5. Privacy of professionals
Professional aliases, general age categories and general location information may be used to protect the privacy and safety of professionals advertised through Perla di Mare.
Users may not use information obtained through the website to trace or expose private addresses, workplaces, employers, family members, private acquaintances or other non-public personal information.
Information obtained through Perla di Mare may not be used for harassment, intimidation, retaliation, blackmail, unwanted disclosure or interference with another person’s private or professional life.
Clients and website users are expected to respect the privacy and discretion of all professionals advertised through the platform.
6. Administrative business information
Perla di Mare operates exclusively as an online platform and does not maintain a public client reception location.
Any registered or administrative business address connected to the platform is used solely for administrative and legal purposes.
No clients or advertised professionals are received at this location. No appointments or personal services take place there.
There is no public walk-in access.
For documented safety and privacy reasons, the administrative location is not presented as a public visiting location. This policy is intended to protect professionals, platform representatives and unrelated third parties operating from shared business premises.
The non-public nature of the administrative location is not intended to obstruct regulatory, judicial or law enforcement access.
7. Competent authorities
Perla di Mare cooperates with competent authorities acting within their lawful powers.
Police services, public prosecutors, courts, tax authorities, economic inspection services, data protection authorities and other legally competent authorities may request the registered business address and relevant company information directly from Perla di Mare.
Such information can be provided by email following a legitimate and verifiable official request.
Information is not withheld from competent authorities merely because it is not publicly displayed on the website.
Where legally required, Perla di Mare will also cooperate with lawful requests for relevant records or information in its possession.
8. No right to visit an administrative location
Knowing or receiving an administrative business address does not create a right to visit that location.
Clients and other private parties must not attend an administrative location to seek an advertised professional, challenge a refused booking, pursue a complaint in person or obtain information about professionals or representatives of Perla di Mare.
Other businesses, business centre staff and unrelated third parties must not be approached or pressured for information concerning Perla di Mare or professionals advertised through the platform.
All ordinary enquiries and complaints must be submitted through the official Perla di Mare communication channels.
This does not restrict competent authorities acting within their legal powers.
9. Website content and misuse
Photographs, profiles, texts, branding and other website content may not be copied, collected, published or distributed for the purpose of identifying, locating, exposing, humiliating or harassing an advertised professional.
The website may not be used for fraud, impersonation, harassment, stalking, intimidation, coercion, blackmail or other unlawful purposes.
Misuse may result in termination of communication, refusal of further services and, where appropriate, notification to competent authorities.
10. Complaints
Legitimate complaints may be submitted through the official Perla di Mare contact details.
A complaint does not create a right to visit an administrative location or to contact unrelated businesses, employers, family members or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms prevents any person from contacting the police, a lawyer, a court, a regulator or another competent authority.
11. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer, privacy or other legislation.
